The strip weighbridge is constructed in MODULES (dimensions of each module 4.5 x 1 m); each module is assembled to the beams, which are then welded to the embossed cover plates.<\/p>\n
At the ‘head’ and ‘tail’ of the module, a FLAT profile with a length of 3 m is welded to which the beams are then welded. Between 2 IPE beams is welded 1 HEB beam with reinforcement plates for supporting the load cells and the plates for connecting one module to the other.
On the weighing platform there are inspection hatches at the load cells, which allow direct access to the area of the weight sensors for cleaning them of debris or sediment, or for replacement in case of failure.

Metal ramps are fitted with special oxy-limiters.
Non-slip embossed sheet metal loading surface particularly important in case of dirty rain.
The embossing favours the drying of the floor as it prevents the stagnation of water.
