The modular weighbridge is constructed in MODULES; each module is assembled with IPE beams which are then welded to the rusticated cover plates.<\/p>\n
At the “head” and “tail” of the module, a FLAT profile having a length of 3 m is welded to which the beams are then welded. Between 2 IPE beams, 1 HEB 100 beam is welded with reinforcing plates for supporting the load cells and the plates for connecting one module to another.<\/p>\n
On the weighing platform are presented, at the load cells the inspection hatches which allow direct access to the area of the weight sensors to carry out their cleaning from debris or sediment, or for replacement in case of failure.<\/p>\n

Anti-slip embossed sheet metal loading platform particularly important in case of dirty rain.<\/p>\n
The embossing promotes the drying of the floor as it prevents the stagnation of water.<\/p>\n
The same gives the sheet metal more rigidity and greater resistance to trampling.<\/p>\n
The metal ramps (as an option) have special osscillation limiters installed on them.<\/p>\n
With modular weighbridges, no work and\/or maintenance is performed inside the weighbridge holding tank itself.<\/p>\n
